All orders are shipped in jewelry boxes. Orders shipped via USPS are shipped in rectangular padded envelopes. All UPS orders are shipped in craft corrugated boxes.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, please select the USPS option. UPS does not allow shipping to PO boxes.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO addresses. Please select USPS when selecting your shipping option.

Will the jewelry I receive match the images?

While we strive to display our jewelry as accurately as possible, slight variations in color and details may occur due to differences in computer monitors.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Enter your address at checkout to see available options.

How long does shipping take?

Our gold and silver lines are in stock at our US distribution centre and ship within 1-2 business days. Before 1pm ET = ships next business day. After 1pm ET = ships within 2 business days. Diamond lines are made to order. Check the product page for processing times. See Shipping Policy for delivery estimates by country.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking information is provided at the time your order ships.

What is your Returns Policy?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for change of mind. For faulty items, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded. See our Returns Policy for full details.

What materials do you use?

We use solid gold, sterling silver, natural gemstones, and lab grown diamonds. Each piece is finished and inspected before shipping.

What metals do you use?

Gold pieces are solid gold. Silver pieces are sterling silver stamped 925. Stone type is listed on each product page.

Is all your jewelry stamped?

Yes, all our products are stamped with the corresponding metal and manufacturer's logo.

Is "925" stamped on all Sterling Silver items?

Yes, all our Sterling Silver items are stamped with "925" as required by law in the United States and many countries around the world.

Do you use animal products?

No. We do not sell jewelry containing animal products such as pearl, shell, leather, or bone. We only use metals and gemstones.

Will a warranty or guarantee be provided?

All our products include a manufacturer's warranty. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. See Warranties for details.

What is Rhodium?

Rhodium is a rare, silvery-white metal used to plate white gold for extra shine and tarnish resistance. Product pages state if an item is rhodium-plated.

How accurate are your diamond weights?

We disclose total carat weight for all diamond jewelry. Weight may vary slightly within accepted industry standards.

What happens if a purchased item goes out of stock?

In the rare event a purchased item goes out of stock, we will notify you within one business day after your order has been placed. You may request a substitute item or a full refund.

What is your position on conflict diamonds?

We request confirmation from suppliers that diamonds are sourced in accordance with the Kimberley Process. Certificates available on request.
