Order Processing Time
Gold and silver lines are in stock at our US distribution centre and ship within 1-2 business days. Diamond lines are made to order and ship within 5-7 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- United States: 2-6 business days
- Australia: 10-14 business days
- Europe: 4-8 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 8-12 business days
- Africa: 10-14 business days
Please allow additional time for delivery during periods of high order volume. We will notify you via email or telephone in cases of significant delays.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- Tracking Number: A tracking number is provided as soon as it becomes available.
- Email Notifications: You will receive email notifications enabling you to monitor the delivery status of your order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Customer Responsibility: Nicholanti Collection is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the customer's responsibility.
- Returned Packages: All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). This means customs, duties, and taxes are charged by your country upon delivery and are your responsibility. If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned to us, we will refund the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we failed to notify you of duties at checkout, we will refund the full amount including shipping as required under Australian Consumer Law.
